LAB FACILITIES

The approximately 1,000 square foot lab is in newly renovated facilities in the Life Sciences Plant and Soil Lab adjacent to Lilly Hall, and is fully equipped for genetic analyses of hosts and pathogens using morphological, phenotypic and molecular markers. The lab contains microscopes, a containment hood, high-speed centrifuge, lyophilizer, autoclave, electronic camera, a Macintosh computer and the usual molecular biology equipment.
