Julie Pluimer, our academic secretary, is probably the first contact you'll
have with the department. She receives records from Admissions and from the Registrar’s Office, maintains
records of each student’s academic progress, and enters students’ schedules
to register them for classes. If you need to make a class change, she'll
communicate with the Registrar's Office to make it happen. When schedule
problems arise, and your academic advisor is unavailable, you'll find Ms. Pluimer is MOST helpful.
